Hassan brings a proven track record of guiding highly innovative product teams to execute on Ecrebo’s vision of turning the point of sale into a marketing medium. He has extensive experience in strategic product management and immense practical knowledge of building highly scalable software, with deep expertise in loyalty marketing, retail point of sale (POS), and data analytics. As Co-Founder of Ecrebo, he has over 15 patents to his name. Hassan previously held multiple roles at IBM Japan, during which time he was awarded the New Frontiers in Software Engineering Award by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Hassan holds a PhD in computer science from Japan, and MBA from INSEAD.
