Ecrebo is delighted to have been awarded a ‘Solution Provider Excellence Award’ at the Toshiba European Together Commerce Alliance Awards at Toshiba Connect in Riga, Latvia in April 2016. Celebrating Ecrebo and Toshiba’s partnership, the award is in recognition of their first joint contract win: a three-year deal with a prominent global retail fashion brand.
Ecrebo and Toshiba’s joint solution supports the capture and use of customer information, enabling the retailer to better understand its customers. The project will extend to delivering targeted offers and messages to in-store customers, based on their basket content, through high quality coupons printed alongside receipts at the till.
The scope of the work will also include the provision of tailored digital receipts, enabling the retailer to open up a post-purchase channel to engage with its customers through the delivery of relevant, personalised offers and campaigns.
The solution will be used initially on more than one thousand Toshiba POS terminals in the retailer’s stores in the UK, Ireland, France and Italy, with the potential for further global expansion.
