Retail Business Technology Expo, (RBTE), one of Europe’s fastest growing tech events for retail and hospitality, is back at Olympia, London, 8-9 May, and Ecrebo will be there taking part in all the action, on our partner Toshiba’s booth, Stand 577.
RBTE has become one of the UK’s must-attend events for retailers and hospitality professionals who want to learn about the latest technology, trends and tools that have the potential to change the way they do business. Bigger than ever, the event is expected to attract over 17,000 visitors this year.
This year’s speaker line-up includes keynote speeches from retail’s biggest names including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Asda, Boots and M&S covering the full customer experience from omnichannel solutions, payments, loyalty, supply chain, loss prevention, eCommerce, RFID and analytics. It’s shaping up to be a great event and we’re excited to be a part of it.
Our presence at RBTE coincides with one of Ecrebo’s most exciting years to date: in February we announced a £12 million investment from a partnership that includes Sir Keith Mills, Air Miles and Nectar founder; we’ve welcomed a new CEO, David Buckingham, and in the last few weeks, we were named in the FT 1000 list of Europe's Fastest Growing Companies where we ranked 83rd.
Beyond this, there is also a growing recognition within the retail sector that personalisation is the name of the game. Retailers are working hard to deliver targeted customer engagement that today’s shoppers have come to expect, whilst building long-term loyalty at the same time. That’s why I’m particularly delighted that Ecrebo will be at RBTE this year. Ecrebo’s point of sale marketing platform has become an invaluable tool for some of retail’s biggest names, including M&S, Waitrose and PANDORA.
So what will visitors get to see on our stand – and where can you find us?
We will be demonstrating our products on Toshiba stand (577), located in the centre of Olympia, near The Champagne Bar. Working closely with Toshiba, the Ecrebo team will be hosting personalised demos of our coupon at till solution, which enables retailers to deliver precisely targeted messages and offers to in-store customers in real-time alongside their receipts, helping to improve customer experience and increase sales.
Meanwhile, our digital receipt gurus will demonstrate how we enable retailers to deliver electronic versions of their receipts with dynamic and personalised content delivered directly to their customer’s email inbox – providing customers with a more convenient way to receive and store their receipt.
