Job Title: Sales Support Manager
Reports to: Commercial Team 
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Annual salary: £45-60k plus benefits

Ecrebo is a retail technology provider, serving retailers in multiple verticals and several geographies (UK, Europe, USA).

We exist to enable retailers to unlock the value in their stores and online. We do this through our light touch, POS agnostic software that delivers targeted messaging across multiple channels, to increase customer loyalty via increased frequency and basket size. We provide tangible increases in sales and profit for our retail customers by enabling them to understand and communicate with their shoppers in real-time.

Ecrebo has been operating for over 10 years and works with big retail brands such as M&S, Waitrose, Dixons Carphone Group, Uniqlo, Albertsons, Southeastern Grocers, and many more.

We are now hiring for a Sales Support Manager. The successful candidate will report to the commercial team. The role will be a hybrid of home/office working with expected attendance at our Reading office as required, but likely to be 2 or 3 days per week maximum.

The role encapsulates three main attributes; 1. Relationship 2. Knowledge 3. Onboarding

 

Main Duties 

  • To support the overall business and commercial development objectives of Ecrebo, helping to drive ongoing growth in annual recurring revenues from our prospects and retention of key clients
  • Ownership of the end-to-end sales reporting process, ensuring effective use of HubSpot and other sales assets. Ownership of end to end sales pipeline from a governance perspective, supporting internal meetings as needed
  • Own and drive prospect management and lead generation working in partnership with other members of the commercial organization to bring in more volume to the early stages of our sales pipeline and to deliver on a coherent plan.
  • Devise clear strategies to increase our outbound reach and progress against our key sales targets
  • A digital native – strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales generation in a digital-first environment, using assets such as LinkedIn to increase the reach of Ecrebo to a wider audience
  • Identify relevant conferencing assets and support the deployment of Ecrebo into conferences as and when appropriate
  • Work in partnership with the commercial team to manage the development of the Ecrebo website. Develop a plan for coherent content execution which provides Ecrebo with opportunities throughout the year to generate press and industry coverage
  • Support PR execution and amplification whenever we have news about new or existing clients


Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good people skills and comfort in dealing with individuals at varying levels of seniority both within Ecrebo and also externally
  • A digital native - good understanding/ideas on LinkedIn business development strategies
  • Previous experience with HubSpot desirable
  • Interest in Business to Business marketing
  • Marketing and Creative skills – ability to handle complex briefs and work to augment the quality and output of our marketing activities within a clear set of financial constraints
  • Potential previous experience working within either a SaaS-based business and also working within any of the relevant sectors which are applicable to Ecrebo; including grocery, FMCG retail, hardware, pharmacy, fashion retail desirable but not essential
