Some events leave you feeling exhausted. Others leave you inspired. RTS 2026 somehow managed to do both.
For the Ecrebo team, the show was a chance to step away from screens and schedules for a few days and reconnect with the people behind the industry. There’s something refreshing about being in a space filled with conversation, curiosity, ideas, and the shared feeling that retail is continuing to evolve at an incredible pace.
As always, the best moments were often the simplest ones. Catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, sharing thoughts between meetings, and having the kind of conversations that don’t always fit neatly into a calendar slot. Those are usually the moments that stay with you long after the event ends.
RTS also served as a reminder that behind every piece of technology is a very human goal: creating better experiences for people. That focus was felt throughout the show and across so many of the conversations we had over the few days.
We left feeling grateful for the time, the energy, and the people who made it memorable. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with the team. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
